The type of worries obtained are risks in anxiety, financial issues. There is various kind of financial issues which is food, rental and households issues. The first idea of solution is eliminating the unhealthy coping skills. People may lose their thinking by doing things that are beyond the expectations of the mind. For example, being tempted to things that can give immediate relief such as alcohol or food. However, sometimes it can be bad or will cause more problems in the long run because unhealthy coping skills are harder to access and monitor on their own. Therefore, it inadvertently creates bigger problems or introduce to the new problems into life. The best way to eliminate the unhealthy coping skill is by doing an exercise like yoga. Thus, it is the best choice to relax the mind without wasting money while be able to bring peace of mind and stay positive as well as maintain energy. Besides, when people have more time on being ruminating, they tend to think about things that have no control over which will automatically stuck in an unhealthy state such as anxiety and depression. They make a catastrophic prediction by thinking about how bad they are in life. So, they need to wake up and do something from those thought to change the channels in brains. For instance, distract their self with activities such as cooking, singing or whatever that related to the passion. This will help deal with feelings or emotions that are unhealthy for the mental and health of people. In addition, trying a new hobby like joining online sports clubs and cooking classes can help people acquire something new which also make them feel better where it can maintain a good style during Covid-19 pandemic.
Next, learn what the most factors or things that cause or increase the anxiety. People need to identify situations or actions that simulate feelings of anxiety or depression due to job loss. If the anxiety level is at high risk, they should get a treatment. Furthermore, they need to consult with a mental health assistance or provider, so that can prepare for implementing strategies to deal with the anxiety in these situations. Talking to a specialist helps them understand what may be causing anxiety, specify the condition exactly and what treatment to take. This is because the worries or anxieties may not go away on their own and may worsen over time if do not seek for help. This is because only those people with have an important work only can get out while all people locked up at home. So, with a little business they could self-sufficiency and support family needs. During the epidemic, people still scared of the Covid-19 outbreak where they are afraid to leave the house so they just only love to shopping online and ordering food using online application. Indirectly, people still have an income to meets the need of self as well as support family.
Afterwards, the issue can be cope by getting compensation from the company. People tends to have anxiety during Covid-19 due to insufficient finances when losing the job. So, to make it fair these people should be compensated. The company must give to the person a sufficient amount before losing their job as for them to survive at least until get a new job. With the compensation they might have a chance to run a small business which possible to help in the current situation. However, they can report it to the Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) when being dismissed without any notice or valid reason. Employee who had been terminate by an employer should get their right. From this, allows for a final check as to continue surviving all the difficulties. With having amount of money can pay all the bill, rents, buy groceries and daily necessities of life. This can reduce the chance of anxiety attacks when everything is in under control.

Furthermore, this is because when those unemployed, they should learn to manage the financial wisely so that it does not trigger the anxiety at a high-risk level. Due to some circumstance, they can manage the finance become stable. Besides that, by creating a budget for monthly expenses can help gain a better sense of control over the financial issue. The wasteful expenses also could be avoided. With that, any unstable emotions like anxiety can be avoided.
