BRAINSTORMING SESSION
1. TOPIC SELECTION
We created the meeting to decide the topic that we want to choose. At first we decided to choose ''the importance of mental and physical health among adolescents'' as our topics but some of our members said it's too general so we narrow the scope. After a few discussion with our group members, we decide to take ''What the worries among those who lose their job during covid-19 and how they overcome with that?'' as our current issues. We choose about losing job during covide-19 as our main topic because starting from 2019 until now 2022, there are many people who face the problem of unemployment due to covid-19. As this issue is being hotly debated, we believe we can get a lot of info and awareness if we proceed with this topic.
2. LEADER ELECTION
The election of leader was discussed through a Google Meeting. We use a wheel spinner to determine the CID project leader. A wheel spinner with a random selection has been nominated for Nurhana Syaqirah. We all agreed to appoint Nurhana Syaqirah Binti Mazlin to be as our leader for CID Project in Soft Skills. We believe that she can carry the responsibility. We will work together throughout the project and help each other until the project is completed successfully.
3. JUSTIFICATION OF THE ISSUE
- Why it is important to know and give solutions to the community and society?
This is because we can make people aware of what is going on in Malaysia during the Pandemic Covid-19 and how it can affect others if this unemployment problem is not taken seriously.
- What is the implication if this issues never solve?
The problem that arise if these issues never solve is it will causing higher levels of poverty. Without sufficient income, the families will had to face many consequences. Besides, it will reduces consumer demand and at the same time slows the business growth. As a result, the population and economy of country will retreat.
